Dr. Gerald E. Jackson is a native of Southern California, and grew up in the city of Inglewood. He served six years in Special Forces within the United States Navy's Nuclear Powered, Ballistic Missile Submarine Service, as a Navigation Electronic Technician.

Dr. Jackson received his formal education and Bachelor's degree in Political Science, in 1999, along with his Master's in Business Administration, in 2005, finally obtaining his Doctorate degree, with honors, in Strategic Planning and Logistics, in 2008, from Youngsfield University. He also attended West L.A. College while studying the fields of Business Basics and Marketing.

Dr. Jackson holds an advanced Electronic Technician diploma from the United States Naval Strategic Weapons Systems School. He is a member of Rotary International, and attends local meetings at the Century City, California Rotary Club.

Dr. Jackson is the Founder and Chairman of G. E. Jackson & Associates, Incorporated, a full service management consultant firm, with expertise in 'Peak Performance' and 'Strategic Planning' disciplines. He established the firm in 1986, and has steadily grown the firm into what it has become today. With a client list of Who's Who in the Fortune 500 business listing, G. E.
